Our IA-3 field-portable insect and arthropod respirometry system is an economical, portable but nevertheless fully research-grade respirometry system for use with small animals. Optimized for stop-flow mode, it can measure animals from large arthropods or small lizards down to individual ants - with ease, in the lab, or in the field. It can be also used in push or pull mode for larger animals, such as mammals up to rats in size, with very minor re-configuration.
