Temperature Controllers
Our temperature controllers regulate the temperature of a metal plate or a cabinet with excellent accuracy and resolution. They are invaluable for almost any kind of research or R&D in academic or industrial settings. They can execute stand-alone ramps and steps, and are fully computer-controllable.
PELT-5 Temperature Controller
Add To QuoteDetailsSpecificationsOverview
The PELT-5 controller is a standalone temperature controller that drives solid-state heat pumps allowing them to regulate the temperature of practically any small object or space over the range of -5 to +65 °C, depending on configuration and ambient temperature.  The PELT-5 is designed to ramp, step, soak, or maintain a set temperature of our Pelt Cabinet, Pelt Plate, Pelt Drop-in or a customer-supplied device.
Features:
  • Wide range -0 to +60 Celsius
  • Robust, efficient Peltier Effect technology
  • Stable PID temperature control
  • Multi-range analog plus serial outputs
  • Built-in ramping and stepping
  • Fully computer controllable
The Pelt-Plate is a heating and cooling plate that is designed to be used with the Pelt-5 to create a temperature controlled surface.  The Pelt-Plate is well suited for use with our Controlled Environment Drosophila Chamber, or standard labware.
Features:
  • Wide range -5 to +60 Centigrade
  • Robust, efficient Peltier Effect technology
  • Stable PID temperature control
  • Multi-range analog plus serial outputs
  • Built-in ramping and stepping
  • Fully computer controllable
The PTC-1 is a heating and cooling cabinet with a 30 liter capacity that is designed to be used with the Pelt-5 to create a temperature controlled environment.  The PTC-1 cabinet and PELT-5 controller is well suited for creation of field conditions in the laboratory, creating metabolism vs. temperature curves, product testing, calibration, incubation, fermentation, materials testing and other applications limited only by your imagination.
