FOXBOX-C Field Gas Analysis System
Add To QuoteDetailsSpecificationsOverview

Details:

Designed specifically for field work, the FoxBox is an integrated oxygen and carbon dioxide analysis instrument that includes a variable pump and mass flow controller (range 20 - 2000 ml/minute). All of these instruments are integrated into a small, light, compact, hermetically sealed, dustproof, waterproof and essentially indestructible box.

The FoxBox features oxygen measurement to 0.001%, carbon dioxide measurement to 1 ppm, barometric pressure compensation and measurement to 0.001 kPa (or a few inches altitude difference), two accessory temperature or voltage input channels, data acquisition, built-in data storage, multiple, multi-range analog outputs, and, of course, full serial output. It's even available in a gray, bright yellow or orange case.

If you just want the FoxBox for oxygen right now, it can be upgraded to add carbon dioxide analysis later. And, while designed primarily as a field-portable instrument, the FoxBox's high quality gas analyzers are also at home in your laboratory. You can use it is a general purpose, research-grade respirometry system for animals up to rats in size without requiring any other apparatus apart from a computer for acquiring/uploading and analyzing your data.
