Advanced Analysis of Promethion Data with Open Source Tools

The course will provide metabolism researchers with the analytical and reporting skills needed to turn raw experimental measurements into clear metabolic and behavioral insights. Participants will learn to master best practices in data analysis, visualization and data reporting. A focus will be on leveraging existing Open Source tools to gain deeper insight into the data while also automating analysis workflows to enhance the reproducibility of the results.
