Our mass flow control units allow you to set precise rates of mass flow for respirometry, process control, and gas mixing applications. They interface with industry-standard mass flow control valves and can be operated in stand-alone mode. They are also fully computer controllable for applications requiring sophisticated flow or mixing profiles.

Our mass flow generators combine calibrated, linearized mass flow meters with variable-speed air pumps. Sophisticated computerized modulation of the pump controls the mass flow rate of air to yield a precise flow rate set by the user. Pump wear is minimized and reliability is maximized. All of our mass flow generators can operate in stand-alone or computer controlled mode.

Our mass flow meters measure mass or molar air flow rate, and therefore do not require barometric pressure or temperature correction. Relative to normal industrial-type mass flow meters, our mass flow meters have the advantages of both analog and serial outputs; multiple output ranges; adjustable digital filtration; and easy, menu-driven, stand-alone calibration options
