Description
The CA-10 Carbon Dioxide Analyzer measures CO2 in a range of applications from respirometry to industrial gas monitoring. It features a dual-wavelength infrared sensor that provides stable, fast response in a broad CO2 measurement range. Operation is intuitive and flexible, allowing easy operation by a wide range of users. High resolution of 1 ppm at atmospheric levels assures you of trustworthy results.
Barometric pressure compensation is standard. Direct modulation of the infrared source translates to greater ruggedness and reliability versus chopper-based CO2 analyzers. The optical bench is differential (dual-wavelength), reducing drift and virtually eliminating sensitivity to water vapor. The design of our optical bench is proprietary, using a low volume, gold-over-nickel-plated optical path and the highest quality machining – with premium emitter, differential detector and optical filtration components.
Depending on your application, the CA-10 CO2 analyzer can be supplied in two different optical bench lengths, optimized for 0-5% or 0-10% CO2. We will recommend the appropriate model for your application at time of order (0 – 5% is typical).
The CA-10 CO2 analyzer is easily interfaced to any data acquisition system or data-logger. Eleven ranges of voltage proportional to carbon dioxide concentration or partial pressure, plus multi-range outputs proportional to barometric pressure and optical path temperature, are easily accessed at the rear panel using high-quality BNC connectors. Serial output provides further versatility.
