ADX-Classic Activity Detector
Records timing and magnitude of movement for insects through small mammals

Features
- Differential sensors detect activity with minimal sensitivity to external disturbances
- No calibration or adjustment is required to obtain excellent results
- ADX-C activity detector comes in versions for mouse and rat cage sizes
- ADX Reader is a multi-input device designed to record the voltage output from the ADX-C and processes it into a cumulative index of activity
- ADX activity measurement correlates almost perfectly with “gold standard” infrared beam-break data (> 99%).
DESCRIPTION
The ADX-C under cage activity detector rests underneath the animal cage and records a range of vibrations (from shivering to running) and transforms it into an index of activity. The ADX-C will determine and measure the timing and magnitude of movement of animals ranging from large insects to squirrels. Each ADX reader manages up to 24 channels, and multiple readers can be connected to a system.
